Thank you for every ride.

The BMC Companion App is signing off.

Dear rider,

After years of tracking kilometres, components and good days on the bike, the BMC Companion App will be switched off on 31.10.2026.

It's not an easy goodbye. The app was built to keep you close to your bike, and thousands of you used it to do exactly that: logging rides, staying on top of maintenance and registering the bikes you love. Thank you for that.

From 31.10.2026, the app will no longer be available and will stop syncing data.

Your data stays safe with us. Your bike registrations and contact details remain stored in our systems, your BMC warranty is unaffected and you don't need to do anything. We keep this data to administer your warranty and your BMC account. If you'd like a copy of your data or want it deleted, write to privacy@bmc-switzerland.com and we'll take care of it.

The bikes, of course, keep rolling. We'll see you out there.

Your BMC Team
